Wet'n'Wild Water World's team of Aquatic Staff have been an integral part of the park's excellent safety record. Their professionalism and attention to detail have gained an international reputation with many overseas water parks looking to Wet'n'Wild Water World for benchmarks in safety procedures and training.

Every lifeguard and ride attendant continues in-service training, with some of the park's lifeguards amongst the most highly qualified in Australia.
